Waterford Women’s Centre
wishes to recruit a Coordinator for the upcoming Local Training Initiative
“Pathways to Employment for Women”
with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of a QQI Level 4 Employment Programme Pathways

This a full time 40 week fixed
term contract starting in September 2017
Successful applicants will have:
At least three years’ relevant experience
with strong organisation and coordination skills
Experience in delivering QQI (FETAC) Programmes
Skills to develop and support a team of community facilitators
Experience of programmes addressing gender and class conditioning, and the ability to work from a feminist perspective
An honours degree in Community Education and Development or equivalent is
