Health & Wellbeing

This course provides a springboard to health & wellbeing in helping to reduce stress, promoting healthy choices in life and move forward with confidence.  

The group takes place two morning each week and the following themes are explored:

  •  Communicate with confidence
  • New habits for health
  •  Rest and relax
  •  Food for thought
  •  Goals for positive change
