This course provides a springboard to health & wellbeing through; building confidence, reducing stress, promoting healthy choices and support to move forward with confidence 

The group takes place two morning each week and the following themes are explored:

  •  Impact of life choices
  •  Communicate with confidence
  • New habits for health
  •  Rest and relax
  •  Food for thought
  •  Goals for positive change
